Normas Generales

Todas las organizaciones no parroquiales y sociedades cívicas están obligadas a compensar a la Iglesia Católica Romana de San Miguel por el uso de las instalaciones a un precio justo y razonable de mercado. Todas las negociaciones deben ser finalizadas por nuestro párroco Fulgencio Gutiérrez antes de la autorización del evento solicitado. Las organizaciones no religiosas y cívicas deberán presentar un certificado de seguro.

Comida: Todas las organizaciones son responsables de la limpieza de las instalaciones después de su uso. Si un grupo no limpia después de su evento, los limpiadores limpiarán las instalaciones y la organización será responsable de la factura de limpieza.

Daños: Las organizaciones deben ponerse en contacto con la rectoría inmediatamente si algo se rompe durante su uso de las instalaciones o si encuentra algo roto antes de que sus organizaciones usen las instalaciones. La última organización que aparezca en la lista, tendrá que pagar el coste de la reparación de la propiedad dañada.

No se permite la música después de las 10:00PM. La violación de esto causará que su evento sea cerrado sin importar el período solicitado.

Algunas organizaciones deben tener su propio seguro de responsabilidad civil.

General Guidelines

All Non-Parish Organization and Civic Societies are required to compensate St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church for use of facilities at a fair and reasonable market rate. All negotiations are to be finalized by our pastor, Fr. Fulgencio Gutiérrez, pastor of St. Michael’s prior to authorization of the requested event. Non-religious and civic organizations must supply an Insurance Certificate.

Food: All organizations are responsible for cleaning the facility after its use. If a group does not clean up after their event, cleaners will clean the facility and the organization will be responsible for the cleaning bill.

Damage: Organizations should contact the rectory immediately if something is broken during your use of the facility or if you find something broken prior to your organizations using the facility. The last organization listed, will be charged the repair cost of damaged property.

There is no music permitted after 10:00PM. Violation of this will cause your event to be shutdown regardless of the requested period.

Some organizations are required to carry their own liability insurance.
